CanvasX editors & links followup

Description

As site builder I want variety of editors available to start building my site so that I can create my site more efficiently.

Acceptance criteria

1. Canvasx-editors provides BasicNoLink RTE editor (superscript & bold ) & Basic RTE editor (superscript, bold, link)
2. Canvasx-editors default (full) RTE editor -- remove ability to underline. (conflicts with underline style of links)
3. Footer copyright editor uses the Basic RTE editor applies the footer link styles from design
   5. Footer provides static tokens. (ADDED after pointed)
