Unable to get IntelliSense hint for GlobalComponents props in real time

What environment？

OS: macOS Monterey 12.3.1
IDE: VSCode Version: 1.66.2

What is the problem？

Every time you type a new GlobalComponent, you need to re-execute the Command: Volar: Restart Vue server to regain the IntelliSense prompt

What to expect?

I expect to get real-time IntelliSense prompts

I'm working around this by rolling back the Volar version to v0.33.10.
