Duplicate diagnostics messages in ts file when using Take Over Mode

This is a problem that we lightly reported in an issue of another project, but we reproduced it in VSCode as well.

This problem seems to have occurred since "v0.34.0" of the volar extension.

I checked with projects created with create-vue and create-vite (with and without shim). Currently, I don't think it is a fatal problem, just a duplication of diagnostic message.
