Problem

Fold regions are not correctly interpreted by the editor.
As such, commands such as Ctrl+K+level for folding do not work.
The little carets to the left are also non-existent.

Expected behaviour

Code folding works normally.

Versions

Reproduced the bug in the following Volar extension versions:

  • v0.38.4
  • v0.38.5

Version 0.38.3 works as expected.

I have the same problem.
