Live Preview shows broken volar.action.openInBrowser button #1611

When I launch Live Preview, which uses the build-in browser, Volar adds a bunch of buttons and most of them don't work:

Open in Browser opens Explorer/Finder, but not to any file.
Go to Code doesn't do anything.

This was also reported for Live Preview, as the buttons seem related to users: microsoft/vscode-livepreview#225
