Customized TinyMCE editors for EPiServer.

Features

Add two editors, Simple and Advanced.
Simple contains text formatting (bold and italic)
Advanced contains more buttons, but hide most of them using a "Kitchen sink" button.
Enableds <iframe> support
Fixes Firefox 11 "hidden text" bug
Changes to the editor i admin mode will not be overwritten
