I have struggled for non utf8 character or something wrong in index.html encoding / Gulp-inline-css is caching wrong index.htm as it is empty on the moment of build actionsl and it results to stop compiling index.html.

The main reason was the permissions issue and it is solved. Parsing is not perfect too as it is broken with different encoding.
