Scrolling problem when used w jquery-ui dialog widjet

When the modal option of the dialogue widjet is set to true the menu of time can be scrolled only with mouse wheel and not by clicking on the vertical scroll bar....

I have this issue as well and it has caused me to revert to an earlier verion of this plugin.

Reverting to jquery-timepicker v1.11.11 fixed the issue I had with scrolling when used inside a JQuery UI Dialog Box.
