The program crashes when opening a channel where unsupported blocks are posted.
Maybe it should just print something like "this message cannot be displayed" instead of the actual message in the channel ?

Version: v0.5.0
Installation method: binary

Today it opened up without an issue so far... not sure why.

I get the same crash with the Linux binary (v0.5.0) on Ubuntu 20.04.1 (focal) but it runs fine in Docker though (sha256:01c6e159eb5bbbb5d79097bff6e7a7b30523f50b12124ebd22f0986013f537ca); just sharing in case it might help isolate the bug.
