Bump to latest version of
We are currently on version
v2.1.1of@actions/githubwhich includes an older version of@octokit/rest. v17.0.0 had several major breaking changes (and features) that would be nice to be up to speed on.As a developer of
prow-github-actionsI want to use the latest version of
@octokit/restand it's APIsSo my experience contributing is improved
And to get the latest security bumps
