I think the only thing missing now is to move this README into the 'docs' folder, with the Arabic README, and link to it from the primary README (same place where the link to the Arabic README link is) |

The goal behind this pull request is to provide README.fr.md, which is the French translation of the English README.md file.
This newly added feature will increase the accessibility of the react-big-calendar project, making it widely accessible by non-English native speakers.
README.fr.md resides alongside the existing English README, within the project repository
