Clear and concise description of the problem

The react big calendar is a very useful component that many people across the world can make good use of and contribute to; however, the current README file is only available in English, making it harder for developers from other backgrounds to use it.
Translating this document to French will allow more developers from non-English speaking backgrounds to confidently be part go this growing projects.

Suggested solution

I am proposing the addition of a new feature, which is README.fr.md, a French translation of the existing English README file. This addition aims to help French-speaking developers navigate this project more effectively, fostering inclusivity and broadening the project's reach.

Additional context

I am open to contributing with other French-speaking developers to create this new README file and keep it updated!

I hope this initiative can motivate more contributors to add other README files in their own languages.
