Basic info:

Node.js version: 18.16.0
jsdom version: 23.2.0

Minimal reproduction case

const { JSDOM } = require("jsdom");
const dom = new JSDOM();
console.log(typeof dom.window.MediaRecorder);

Output:

undefined
