This proposal is currently at stage 3 and is supported by default in Chrome for desktop and android v91+.

The only criteria JSHint has for implementation of language proposals is advancement to stage 2 in the standards process, so "class static initialization blocks" is certainly in-scope.

As for my own efforts, I'll be prioritizing it behind features that are further along in the process. I'll gladly review patches, of course!
