YAML support is deprecated in clap now, see issue #3087.
The arguments.yml file should be removed or better replaced by an arguments.rs file with the declaration of the command line arguments' configuration as they were before described in the yml. If possible tests for the CLI should be added as advised in clap's CHANGELOG. Here you can find some hints about porting.
