Context:

We recently received the first Sponsorship request after we updated the sponsorships packages but when checking the Sponsor's business some Community members shared some concerns because of perceiving that business as potentially unethical.

Given that our current acceptance criteria (as outlined in the sponsorship policy) are designed to ensure that sponsorships align with the values of our community, I believe it's crucial for us to continually evaluate and update this list 🔄.

Goal:

The goal of this issue to discuss and decide on additional business types that we should explicitly exclude from sponsorship consideration.

As a starting point, our current policy already excludes the following:
🚫 Adult websites.
🚫 Affiliate and review websites.
🚫 Casinos and gambling.
🚫 Insurance & financial products (credit).
🚫 Pharmacy products (weight loss, anti-aging).
🚫 Essay writing services.
🚫 Fake news services.
🚫 Fake social media engagement services

Share your feedback!

We would love to hear your thoughts on what other business types we should add to this list. 🤔 This will help us make more informed decisions about sponsorship requests and maintain the integrity of our community.

Please share your suggestions, thoughts, and any relevant considerations on this issue.
Your feedback is extremely important!

Let's build together the future of JSON Schema!
