Add option for not adding remark-html

If remark-rehype is used to transform the AST into hast the resulting HTML loses all semantics and turns into a bunch of <div>.

It'd be great to allow disabling the injection of remark-html as a final plugin and let users add rehype-stringify explicitely (or whichever AST they get at the end of their pipeline).
