Toggling paint panel cuts out portion of the image #117

Screenshot of a normal behavior:

Now observe how the right portion of the image is cut off when i toggle paint panel:

This only happens on sufficiently wide images

I too have encountered this event. There seems to be nothing wrong with the saved files, but there is an operational surprise.
