Enable reset between retrying tests

Give users a way to reset test state between retries - spawned by #712.

Jupiter will call lifecycle methods before and after each test execution but if resetting state is expensive, doing it for each test execution might be undesired and overly general (presumably there are more tests that just the current retrying one in the test class). Instead, allow configuration of a method that gets called in between retries of one specific test method.
