Frontend component: justinsacbibit/trucksu-frontend#10

~~Blocked until updates to the beatmap tables are merged and deployed.~~

API endpoint(s) for the following:

beatmap song info
difficulty info (AR, CS, stars, etc.)
leaderboard
different game modes (can be done separately)

The following are blocked on the beatmap mirror. Buttons can still be added for them, they just won't work for now.
