Adjust formatting to avoid overflows

Temaki renders into a fixed-size window in OBS. If Temaki is aware of how much space it has, then it can do sensible things like scrolling or adjusting text size to fit.

Since we load Temaki widgets by URL, we could pass the size from OBS as a URL parameter when we build the URL.
