Converted signal should be aligned with target speech

Hi, thanks for wonderful project
I'm using your project and after a few samples, I realize that the output duration (including pause, speed, etc) always more likely to be similar to the source speaker, while it should sound like target spekaer
I've tried to look into the code (in estimate_twf_and_jnt.py and twf.py but no help). Can you give me a suggestion?
