  • Make a function to download and extract ZIP archives that contain data for training and evaluating
  • Raise an exception only when there are directories in example/data/wav whose names are same as those in ZIP files, not when any directories (Have to look into directories in ZIP archives before extracting)

Referred: code review of #87 (line 73 & 107)
