Is your feature request related to a problem?

As a writer, I want to be able to control the navigation and information architecture of the Kadena docs site. Currently, the top-level navigation seems to be hard-coded and controled through scripts.

Describe the solution you'd like

Most static site generators (and related offspring, mkdocs, readthedocs, docusaurus, antora, modified gatsby) use allow me to define the flow of the site in a simple configuration file so that the site can evolve easily. Usually a combination of the configuration file and directory structe define the structure and flow of the content.
Example:
nav.yaml.txt
