Installation failed with kairos 3.0.10

It seems like an regression with 3.0.10. Before that, same thing was working
Its reproducible only if we choose this in vcenter

seems like go-uefi is throwing out an fatal from https://github.com/Foxboron/go-uefi/blob/48be911532c2b39532bd26b01f425530b8e33244/efi/signature/signature_list.go#L306

kairos is trying to call this function at here while getting pk/kek/db keys

We disabled the functionality for now as the go-uefi lib directly calls fatal and we cannot recover from that. Created a PR upstream to fix it or discuss it meanwhile and the functionality will be restored when we are sure it cannot break the installer
