Single run true is not launching KARMA chrome browser(chrome_bin env variable Issue) in SAPUI5

Facing issue while running karma start.. when single run is false then getting an error as
INFO [launcher]: Starting browser Chrome
11 06 2021 07:01:09.972:ERROR [launcher]: No binary for Chrome browser on your platform.
Please, set "CHROME_BIN" env variable.

But it launches the karma server and in other terminal when given karma run it executes TC.

However when setting SingleRun= true(for CI) it gives the same error but now does not launch browser and disconnects .

Done with setting export CHROME_BIN to "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe", also used SET command in terminal.. also done with chrome_bin set in windows command prompt
