So the basic feature development is done! As mentioned in #5, I need to make it work in the rest of the world.

Make import MediaRecorder from 'opus-media-recoder'; works.
- NPM configuration
- Provide/document bundler settings recommendations
  - Webpack
  - Rollup
  - Browserify
opus-media-recorder has a lot of separated files (web worker files, wasm modules). What is the best way to distribute them with a minimal user configuration?
