Clean up nav

Put everything east of news some items in the nav bar onto an about page.

This is great for cleaning the nav up, but I doooo think donate should remain as its own page, and that calls to donate or join should be made more prominent than they currently are, not hidden further.

Also, since news isn't in the current navbar, I'm unsure about what is west of it. Do you mean like this?

There used to be a news link in the nav, but basically this issue is just to remove some items since the nav is pretty long. I like your idea about keeping the donate link prominent.
