Feature request to handle deployment with multiple container, i want to separate image which will be watched by keel

to avoid multiple update on deployment

example i have deployment with 2 container

Nginx
Redis

i want keel to update deployment only when nginx image updated not when redis image updated,

currently when nginx image is updated, keel update both nginx and redis image with the tag from the new nginx image
