Support for node corepack #273

Since node 16, we can use corepack to define a packageManager into our package.json

We should sort these properties at the beginning of package.json

  "packageManager": "pnpm@7.11.0",
  "engines": {
    "node": ">=16",
    "pnpm": ">=7"
  },
  "engineStrict": true
