GitHub is reporting a security vulnerability in one of the dependencies. This is from webpack-dev-server which is included as a transitive dependency of the Angular CLI. Further discussion here.

As noted in the issue from the Angular CLI repo, this is now fixed. Run npm audit fix after ng update.
