Describe the bug
We use auto_assign in our repository, and one day it just stopped working (having worked perfectly since it's install). I'm away it could be some error, but I'm not sure how to access any kind of failure logs/reason.

To Reproduce
I'm not sure what to put in here: we have the file in our .github directory

Expected behavior
I would expect the auto_assign workflow to kick in and work as it has before.
