User A's Time Sheet exported to PDF by Admin: Show User A's name on page 1 (e.g. at least in the footer) #4681

Describe the problem

Hi!
When a user exports his own timesheet to a pdf, the footer says:

Page 1 of 2 - User: A
Page 2 is called "Full ist" and shows a detailed table with four columns: Date, Description, Duration, Price. Great.

However, when an admin exports the timesheet for user A, the footer says:

Page 1 does not show which user's timesheet it is.
Page 2 has five columns: Date, User, Description, Duration, Price

Describe the solution you'd like

It makes sense, of course, in cases where an admin exports several users' timesheets.
But it would be great if the admin was able to create the same timesheet a single user could create for himself.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Then the admin should use the export at Times > My times

I have tried but the admin can only export his own time sheets there. I don't see where he could select another user?

Thats what you asked for:

But it would be great if the admin was able to create the same timesheet a single user could create for himself.

Anyway, now I get what you want. Needs a new export template. Copy & paste one of the existing ones and change the setting in the header that handles this behavior.

The admin can't "impersonate" the user and his account as he sees it either? If he could, it would solve the issue, I think.
