Describe the problem

At the actual point, rounding up or rounding down of tracked times is only possible as an entire setting for the whole instance (customer / projects ..)

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great, if it would be possible to configure the settings to round up or down of times based on a customer and / or project. For example internal jobs should be tracked exact to the minute while customer projects should be tracked in quarter hours to avoid the necessity to track each email and phonecall to customer.
