NiftyDisplay: use .focus() when toggling elements #1

When toggling elements (hide/show, collapse/expand) use .focus() to target the expanded element. This will make it more user-friendly: right now since this is printed at the bottom of the page the expanded elements are not being visible unless you scroll down to see them.
