How to track special version support in klts? #124

What happened?

For instance, to make the risk lower, some customers may request an LTS version for a special version like 1.10.11.

What did you expect to happen?

NA

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

cut a new branch from that tag
change ci.yaml to build images/rpm that based on the special branch
add release notes with the special branch

For old releases, we may move the releases like this.
