Who are you?

Maintainer of Kluctl

What do you want to do?

I want to know if orphan objects are excluded from deletion/pruning because they have delete protection enabled (either via kluctl.io/skip-delete or helm.sh/resource-policy. This should be shown in all commands that show orphaned/deleted objects.

Why do you need that?

I'd like to avoid situations like #424, where it is at first unclear why pruning did not work.
