Feature request

PoC to research kn + inlined supported plugins to be built into single kn-all-* binary. (name is a subject to change)

Aiming for nightlies at first to look for any drawbacks and evaluate the viability of such bundled binary overall.

Use case

The bundled release should help users that are eventually keen on using or trying out all of the supported plugin and deliver the bits in a single download/install step.
