Sample App: Documentation Cleanup

Problem

As we already have all the documentation prepared while writing the code, write now it is the time to do some clean up and make sure when all different parts are put together, it looks fine and readable. And all the markdown files should be rendered as the web page on knative's website.

This will include:

• Convert the note box into the correct format
• Add the link at the end of each article, redirecting to next tutorial
• Adding the corresponding graphics

• A comprehensive, reader friendly tutorial that clearly explains the steps to set up the sample app. Should be easy to follow along.
