I finally got Koel up and running on my server (unRAID) in a Docker conatiner.
I need to increase the memory limit in the php.ini file, since my music library is large, and I'm getting a memory error on import.
I can edit the php.ini file with VIM and increase the memory limit.
But, since php.ini is loaded at startup, this won't work, and besides, it will have to be done every time I start the container.
So, what is the way to increase the memory limit in the php.ini file permanently?
Sorry for the basic question - I've googled around and cannot find an answer sufficient to help me. Thanks.
EDIT -
I was able to edit /usr/local/etc/php/php.ini using VIM.
I restarted PHP with "kill -USR2 1"
And now my import is working - importing 200495 (mostly flac) files - it is going to take a very very long time.
Since I won't be doing a big import again, is this a sufficient solution?
