Crackling audio when streaming audio from Koel music server to Chrome mobile browser on Android 13

GREAT SOFTWARE! I'm unable to use the App Store app due to it not supporting internal CA certificates so I must use the Chrome webapp instead when I want to listen to music on the go.

Describe the bug
Audio streams from the Koel music server to Chrome mobile browser on Android 13 are crackly, poor audio quality

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Both music server and phone on the same LAN; high speed bandwidth between server and phone; not network issue
• Open webapp, sign in and start streaming a music file
• Music file plays fine but the audio quality is crackly/poor
• Not issue with headphones/speakers as other apps play audio fine
• Issue does not occur when streaming audio from the Koel music server to a Chrome browser on Windows 10. Same server, same network same configuration, working perfectly, issue only seems to happen on chrome mobile.

Expected behavior
Clear audio streaming

Environment

• Koel version Koel v6.11.2
• OS: Android 13
• Browser Chrome
• PHP version PHP 8.1.2-1
• Node version v20.3.1

Additional context
I am using the "php" streaming method in the Koel music server .env file. I tried to change this to "x-accel-redirect" but the documentation is not clear enough on what other steps needs to be configured. It assumes too much knowledge of the person doing the configuration, i highly suggest adding some extra information/documentation here as to how to configure these settings. Thank you :)

I've also have this issue with Firefox on Android 13. From time to time sounds is crackling/tearing.
