功能如下：阅读中点击注释时，在当前页面不跳转不移动的前提下，鼠标旁跳出的框中显示注释内容。

细节描述

来回跳转以观注释，于使用注释频率高的人而言，打断节奏且操作繁琐。劳尊大大多虑，不胜感激，先行谢过了！
