Return null when nullably fetching a guild channel that is part of another guild #276

GuildBehavior.getChannelOfOrNull throws an IllegalArgumentException when resolving a channel that is not part of the guild.

Considering OrNull has the connotation of being a generally "safe" way to poll for data, this behaviour seems counterintuitive to this mindset.
