simple-keystone-client doesn't seem to be working with the newest version of the request library: 2.57.0, with error "Cannot read property 'authorized' of null" from authenticate when I try and grunt all

seems to be related to request/request#1615

Issue found to be caused by a change to request library rather than Keystone Client.
