Describe the bug
Global Hotkey is greyed out in macOS version

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ksnip Preferences
Click on Hotkeys

Expected behavior
Be able to enable and edit hotkeys

OS: macOS 14 Sonoma
ksnip version: 1.10.1
How did you install ksnip: DMG
