In the future, it would be useful to support also the creation of training projects for each training attendee (see: gcloud-terraform modules for users and projects).

It would be also nice if we could activate/deactivate multiple projects for a person or a group:

--- project A (active) later (deleted)
--- project B now active for a next training

and this for multiple students in a group.

I would recommend to build it as a separate binary with its own YAML files. It could be in the same repo, but solve different areas (one would be for G-Suite the other GCP).
