Can all pv use the same subdirectory?

It creates two pv using different subdirectories as shown below:

Is there a way to create pv using the same directory as shown below:

Also, I wish the /cache-image directory had been created by CSI for me, not by me.

then I think you could use one PV/PVC pair, and the PVC could be used by multiple pods

add a new parameter in storage class:

Now I can create subdir automatically. However, what I want is to remove the PVC and be able to keep the subdir.

When I set reclaimPolicy to Delete, deleting the PVC will Delete the subdir. Although I can set the reclaimPolicy to Retain, I need to manually remove the PV. I consulted the document and foundRecycle. Maybe this reclaimPolicy can meet my needs? However, when I set the reclaimPolicy to Recycle, the actual reclaimPolicy is Delete.

for such scenario, I think you could set the reclaimPolicy to Retain, and manually remove PV, I think that's the only way, you cannot keep subDir while removing PV automatically, that's not supported.
