What would you like to be added:

Populate a private zone using ServiceEntry
Auto-allocate IPs for ServiceEntries that don't have one ( similar to Istio DNS interception auto-allocate ).

Why is this needed:

This allows using real DNS resolver - if it supports private zone / split-horizon - for egress use cases instead of the
DNS interception in Istio.
