NewIndexerInformerWatcher result chan is not closed

When using _, _, w, _ := watch.NewIndexerInformerWatcher(), w.ResultChan() is not being closed at the end, after calling w.Stop(). So a range loop like this will never end.

for e := range w.ResultChan() {
    handler(e)
}
// code is never reaching this point
