Support jest 26, at the moment ts-jest is supporting jest < 26

Motivation

Jest recently released v26, in order to support the updated path leverage the peer dependency.
The tests for our project are working properly with the current ts-jest and the new jest version.
I assume there need to be additional tests to ensure everything is working as expected?
